Floating pill navbar that tightens its padding after 120px of scroll, hides on scroll-down and returns on scroll-up, with a layoutId pill behind the active link. bg-background/90 + backdrop-blur, theme tokens; focus ring uses brand. Positioned absolute — pass className="fixed" for a page navbar. Hide-on-scroll is disabled under reduced motion. Marketing pages only (see the navigation playbook's scroll-aware direction).- Source
